Delivery

Delivery is made by GLS, PostNord, DAO, Bring or UPS, depending on the delivery option the customer chooses in checkout. Normal delivery time in Denmark is 1-3 working days from the order confirmation. Abroad, the expected delivery time is up to 7 working days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are not processed until the next working day. Delivery methods and shipping price are shown in the checkout. Alcohol products are delivered in accordance with applicable age requirements and the chosen delivery/payment solution.

Returns are sent to: Stockholmsgade 34, 8200 Aarhus N. Always contact info@villabianca.eu with the order number before returning an item.

Cancellation and return shipping

As a general rule, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The customer pays return shipping, unless otherwise agreed or stated. The product must be returned securely packaged and in a condition that makes it possible to assess the product according to the rules.

Damage in transit

Contact info@villabianca.eu as soon as possible if the package is damaged upon receipt. Please attach pictures of the packaging, shipping label and product.
